The resin coated sand has specially designed for Low and free Nitrogen, we use special resin “Zero-Hexamine resin” on production of this RCS. Also we designed to use least of resin on RCS making process to have low nitrogen content in RCS.
Some case we mixed with additive to reduce the nitrogen that will generate from the core during pouring. Therefore this RCS can improve on gas problem, especially pinhole problem.
