Pine Pacific Census of Thailand casting production for quarter 2 of 2015 compare to quarter 2 of 2013,2014, in order to compare tendency of foundry industrial growth in Thailand.The result are shown foundry industrial has slow down ,especially automotive part compressor part mostly are in customer type 1 and 2. The total production year 2014 drop from year 2013 14% and product year 2015 drop 8.3% from 2013
We are also indicated again for the classified foundries in Thailand to 5 classes
1. Type 1 definition is Major Cast Iron Foundry w/500 ton/month,minimum Production Capacity by Casting weight,melting with Induction FurnaceCast Iron Foundry only Major Foundry Capacity more than 500 ton/month (Casting weight) Melt with induction Furnace
2. Type 2 definition is Medium-Small Cast Iron Foundry 500 ton/month max. Production capacity by Casting weight melting with Induction Furnace Cast Iron Foundry only, Medium-Small Foundry capacity less than 500 ton/month Melt with induction Furnace Include and not including Japanese Related
3. Type 3 Definition is Jobbing Foundry Melting both Iron/Steel melting with Induction Furnace or any mix melting between Iron and Steel and special high alloy
4. Type 4 Definition is iron Foundry melting with Cupola Melting produce cast iron only
5.Type 5 Definition is any other Special Melting or Special Ferrous,Steel Shot,Magnet,Investment Casting, or lost wax process
