The resin coated sand for the castings part which risk to occur veining problem through this RCS specially designed to have low thermal expansion by use the special low expansion resin and special low expansion sand. Also this RCS can protect the metal penetration or sand burn which sometime occurs by affect of veining problem.
Normally the casting parts which always have veining problem such as Disc Brake, Carrier, Hub, Differential Case, Exhaust etc. therefore if use this RCS we can improve all problems that related with thermal expansion. Through we can design for both of solid and hollow core.
Through this RCS has thermal expansion lower than 0.6% then it suited for the critical casting parts which have extremely veining problem or other problem that related with thermal expansion.
