The resin coated sand for the castings part which risk to occur the sand burn problem through this RCS have specially designed to improve the sand burn problem by used the high heat resistance resin, special grain size distribution of sand and high heat resistance sand (high silica sand and special sand)
Normally the casting parts which always have metal penetration such as Disc Brake, Carrier, Cylinder block etc. therefore if use this RCS we can improve the metal penetration problem and other problem that related. Through we can design for both of solid and hollow core.
