The resin coated sand has specially designed for Low gas generation from the core, we designed to use least of resin on RCS making process to have low resin and hexamine content in RCS. Therefore the gas quantity that will release from the core is reducing.
Anyway the resin which use for this RCS must has high strength and also the sand must have goo characteristics, the sad should have round shape. Then can provide high strength with low resin content and the core have good permeability.
