The resin coated sand has specially designed for very good collapse properties of cores after being poured off, particularly for aluminum castings.Normally this RCS was designed with low resin content, high curing speed or sometime need to add some additive to increase the collapsibility. Then the core after poured off will collapse completely and easy to take out from castings.
