| INOCAST 125 is a complex ferrosilicon based inoculant, specifically alloyed with Zirconium and Manganese as well as carefully adjusted amounts of Aluminium and Calcium.
Advantage of INOCAST 125
Zirconium reacts with Oxygen, Sulfur and Nitrogen present in the base Iron. The reaction will create new stable nuclei for graphite growth. This will improve the graphite precipitation. Additionally, Zirconium reacts with Nitrogen and reduces the tendency to form gas defects(pinhole).
